I am amateur American cellist living in Budapest. I was unable to bring my student cello with me and I am looking to rent or buy (cheaply) a intermediate level instrument. I have wandered around Budapest looking for luthiers and have found several high-end shops that cater to Liszt school here. But I haven't found any places that offer decent rental or reasonable intermediate instruments.
I would be very grateful if anyone has any advice or suggestions!
