There is a note in the Barenreiter edition explaining that the A-flat is from the Anna Magdalena manuscript while the 'Lautenfassung' has an A-natural. (That is the Lute Suite 5 version, yes?) So not a misprint in the book. The note also says "vgl. T.10", which I think translates as "c.f. Measure 10", but M10 only has a marked A-natural on the top-string in both versions, not on the G string. Edit: I looked again at M10, and it repeats the phrase from M1 one fifth higher, with D E F.  The E (vs E-flat) is what they are using to base the use of A-natural in M1.
